Vacancy Description:
Our client is a local dry-lining and plastering contractor who due to increase in workload are looking to appoint an Estimator on a direct freelance basis. The contract will be open ended but you will be self employed providing estimating services to the Client.
To be considered for the role, you must have worked previously with a dry-lining/plastering contractor and be able to start immediately.
This is a North West based role but some travelling will be required. Your Duties will consist of:
" Valuations on projects
" Final account settlement
" Purchase control of materials
" Scheduling of materials to requirements on site
" Man-management
The salary on offer is £30 - £33k which is dependant on experience. This will be paid monthly for the duration of the contract.
