Vacancy Description:
Site Managers / Supervisors needed for a construction property management company. Ideally you should be an experienced construction site manager / supervisor with a background in shop-fitting or retail / leisure refurbishment projects.
Our client has a national contract with a household name leisure & hotel chain. You will be responsible for managing the refurbishment and maintenance work on their hotel property portfolio.
You should have recent relevant experience along with the usual required certification CSCS site management, First Aid and SMSTS.
This will initially be a temporary role for up to 3 months which may then lead to a contract extension or more permanent staff post.
The work is spread throughout the UK so we are looking for people based in the Northwest, Midlands and South.
