An exciting new role working as a Personal Assistant / Secretary for a well established construction company that specialise in the fit out and refurbishment within the retail, leisure and banking sector. The company are a privately ran contractor who have carved a reputation of the fit out and refurbishment of high specification contracts. You will be responsible for providing day to day support to the Contracts Manager on a fast paced contract.
Duties will include:
Typing, writing letters, taking minutes, inputting data on to spreadsheets other general administration, answering calls from the clients, reporting back to the Contracts Manager, liaison with the site teams, assisting in the coordination of the contract, updating programmes of work.
This is a "hands on" reactive role and therefore will require an individual who can work under pressure.
Experience / Benefits - Personal Assistant / Secretary
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Personal Assistant or Secretary working within a construction or maintenance contractor would be beneficial. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to deal with multiple workloads and prioritise effectively. You must also be competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
Remuneration package includes a basic salary between £25,000 and £30,000 plus additional benefits including pensions and private healthcare. The position is for a January 2012 start.
