Tenant Liaison Officer - South Wales -Tenant Liaison Officer
A specialist contractor based in South Wales is looking to recruit a permanent Tenant Liaison Officer to join their customer care team.
The role of a Tenant Liaison Officer is to provide a high level of customer service to tenants whose properties are scheduled for works, and to effectively communicate this to both the tenants and the site management team involved to maintain a smooth process between all parties.
Duties will include:
" Tenant inductions to include Health and Safety
" Logging issues that could affect tenants or any other party
" Ensuring that Health and Safety responsibilities are met
" Implementing relevant company policies and procedures
" Register and monitor all complaints ensuring that they are dealt with and recorded according to company procedures
" Issue Tenant satisfaction questionnaires and ensure high rate of returns
" Carry out general administration duties
" Other duties as required
The right candidate MUST have a proven track record in a similar role in construction as this will be the only Tenant Liaison Officer within the business in the South Wales region.
A Tenant Liaison Officer will display excellent communication, presentation and attention to details skills, be able to use basic Office packages and be well organized. As there is travelling within this role the candidate must also have a full clean driver's license. You may also be subjected to an enhanced CRB check as you may be required to work with some venerable groups of people.
As a Tenant Liaison Officer you can expect a permanent contract, a salary range of £17-20K + benefits.
