Building Surveyor/Auto CAD Technician - Social Housing decent homes
My client are a national social housing contractor who are currently look to appoint a Building Surveyor/CAD Technician to work on a decent homes kitchen and bathroom replacement scheme based in Sheffield.
Your role will involve carrying out property surveys to tenanted and void properties, putting together schedules of work and designing kitchens and bathrooms using AutoCAD.
This is an immediate requirement for 2 - 3 weeks. The hourly rate will be dependant on your experience.
To apply for this role, you must have previous experience working on social housing decent home schemes carrying out surveys. You will also be required to have your own laptop with CAD software installed.
