Planning ahead - By getting involved earlier in the process we can find the best candidate for the job at the best possible rate. Being told about a position with little notice limits our options and may end up being a more costly solution due to candidates letting us down or having to wait longer for someone to start on site.
Providing adequate supervision and guidance - through our regular aftercare and face-to-face contact we are always looking to ensure that our workers are properly inducted, are only being asked to carry out duties that they are qualified to do and that their work is properly checked and supervised.
Working with fewer agencies - We work with many clients on an exclusive or preferred agency basis. Often the rates can appear expensive but they allow us to pay the candidates the correct market rate ensuring the best candidates can be submitted for our clients positions.
