Corporate and Social Responsibility

Corporate and Social Responsibility is at the core of Bromak’s value. We continually endeavour to support local economy and are dedicated to helping the environment wherever possible.

Our priorities are to aid regeneration, tackle unemployment and promote recycling activities which are sustainable for the future.

BOLT

As well as recycling Bromak have gone one step further to cut down on paper waste, through BOLT (Bromak’s OnLine Timesheet system). Using this innovative system candidates and clients can access, fill in and authorise timesheets online, cutting down on paper waste and also reducing the possibility of forged timesheets.

Outsourcing

Bromak recognises the importance of supporting local economic growth and in testament to this we only use local businesses for the outsourcing of our Media, Marketing and IT.

Charities

Bromak’s chosen charity is CRASH, a construction charity that builds accommodation and facilities for homeless people in the UK. Bromak has hosted a number of fundraisers for CRASH including a 5 a side football competition.

Bromak also makes regular contributions to the NSPCC through the recycling of old ink cartridges and toners.

Training and Development

The majority of Bromak’s growth has been organic; all employees are encouraged to develop their skills through training and development, and through regular appraisals we are able to monitor progress and ensure they are always on the right track.

As well as investing in external courses and qualifications Bromak have developed an in-house training programme that is tailored to match the skills and experience of any new or promoted member of staff. By training internally we are able to maintain existing client relationships and ensure that service levels, industry knowledge and recruitment expertise is handed down by people with a proven track record.
