Why Choose Bromak
Organic staff
Bromak promote organic staff development, meaning we prefer to give back to staff that have put into the company via internal promotions as well as taking on new experienced consultants. This means even if you joined Bromak as a member of support staff you would have the opportunity to become a recruitment consultant.
Training and development
Bromak work to an eight week training programme for new consultants. This was designed by company directors (not an outside company) to ensure it is heavily focussed on developing new employees’ recruitment skills but also engage people in the company ethos, giving them the confidence to make calls to clients early on in their recruitment career.
Bromak also conduct regular appraisals with all members of staff, where their performance is monitored and rewarded.
Transferable skills
Bromak do not just take on experienced recruitment consultants. All applicants will be considered on their individual merits and appropriate transferable skills (such as sales experience); to make sure we have the best team working for our clients and candidates. As well as this existing staff may be offered non recruitment promotions if they have strengths that can be utilised to benefit the company.
Recognition
Bromak promotes a work hard play hard policy.
As well as a healthy commission structure, Bromak also offer incentives and rewards to hard working members of staff throughout the year. There are also bi annual conferences and nights out held, to give a chance for the whole company to meet up and socialise outside of the office.
Open Forum
Bromak promote an open discussion policy for all members of staff. As well as regular appraisal meetings, designed to discuss staff progress, everyone is encouraged to approach their immediate manager or the Directors if they have a suggestion or query about their position or the business as a whole. The directors of the company understand they do not always have the answer and welcome any ideas that could improve the company in any area.
