The Company Requiring the Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a well know and highly respected civil engineering contractor who specialise within the clean, waste water markets. They carry out lots of work for United Utilities and other associated clients.
The role of the Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor
Now with several new tenders awarded and due to commence work the requirement for a Quantity Surveyor is needed.
The right candidate will be expected to carry out all pre and post contractual duties including cost control, valuations and variations plus agreement of final accounts.
You will have a strong background working for competitor contractors within the North West. It is also expected the right candidate will have some experience of managing on contracts up to the value of £4M.
