The Company Requiring the Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor Wanted!
Due to a significant amount of new contracts starting throughout the North West this regionally based civil engineering contractor is now in a position to start to strengthen their team of surveyors.
The role of the Civil Engineering Quantity Surveyor Wanted!
You will be joining a relatively small team of three surveyors and you will be expected to pick up on some new contracts as well tendering and wining more work for the business.
Typically the contracts will be bias towards utility and ground work civil engineering type contracts and will heavily vary in size, longevity and value from £500K through to larger £8M projects.
Ideally the right candidate will have a strong background in utilities and general civil engineering with a degree in an associated subject also. Affluent and professional by nature you will have an excellent understanding of contractual law and you will be able to build long standing relationships with key clients.

A starting salary of up to £45K plus a competitive package of salary, car allowance or company car is on offer
