The Company Requiring the Cladding Quantity Surveyor - Required!
Due to a significant amount of new contracts awarded our client, a reputable cladding and curtain wall specialist are now in a position to start recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work throughout the North West.
The role of the Cladding Quantity Surveyor - Required!
With future expansion in mind you will be autonomously in charge of a variety of different contracts reporting back to the Commercial Director on a regular basis. Typically the projects will be from smaller £50K jobs to larger £8M projects with an average of £1M per contract.
The ideal candidate will clearly have worked for curtain walling specialist and will have experience of managing multiple contracts up to the value of £3/4M each. You will be involved from pre contract stages through to final account settlement, customer handover and aftercare.
A professional, effective communicator and driven individual is ideally required for this post.
Benefits & Advantages for Cladding Quantity Surveyor - Required!
Dependant whether you're an intermediate or senior surveyor you can expect a starting salary of between £35K - £40K plus company car allowance.
