The Company Requiring the Design & Build Senior Quantity Surveyor
Due to a several new tenders won and more partnering work starting in due course, our client is currently in a position to start recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience of Design and Build projects especially educational, health and commercial works.
The role of the Design & Build Senior Quantity Surveyor
Reporting to a Commercial Manager you will work alongside several other surveyors managing your own work whilst assisting the younger surveyors with training and mentoring them.
Typical projects you will be involved with will vary from university new build projects, health care centres such as Bupa, walk in care centres etc plus several story office blocks.
It is expected to be considered for this role you will have an outstanding history of employment. A solid CV with few company's, clear line of progression from Assistant Surveyor upwards and you must have managed multiple projects similar to the above.
