The Company Requiring the Hotel / Student Accommodation Fit Out PQS
Due to securing several new contracts with major hotel chains throughout the UK this small fit out contractor is now in a position to bring in the services of a Project Quantity Surveyor into the team.
The role of the Hotel / Student Accommodation Fit Out PQS
The business you will be joining is a relatively new business started just over 3 years ago. With partnering agreements in place with several student accommodation and hotel chain clients they envisage that they will have work for the next 3 years at least with the current client base.
Our client is seeking a pro active candidate who will be required to travel nationwide regularly visiting clients and the projects you will be responsible for. To be considered you must have experience of leisure projects such as Hotels, Student Accommodation etc. You will have managed roll out programmes specifically on refits to hotels. Part of your role will involve the design and build of new student accommodation also therefore new build experience is also a must also.
You will work under the guidance of an Operations Manager and alongside Project Managers as a part of an account team.

Dependant upon your experience and skills you can expect a salary ranging from £34K - £38K plus competitive packages and overnight allowances.
