The Company Requiring the LLC Experienced Quantity Surveyor
An established contractor with works spreading throughout the North West region is currently seeking to bring in an experienced Quantity Surveyor with substantial experience of Lancashire County Council contracts.
The role of the LLC Experienced Quantity Surveyor
The businesses primary focus has been within the social housing and educational contracting markets throughout the North West and Yorkshire regions. To expand this businesses portfolio of work they now are in need to bring in the above candidate.
You will be working for a Lancashire based contractor and you will have experience of tendering and wining LCC contracts, running them and developing long lasting relationships with the client.
This role requires the right individual to work mainly independently and managing your own work load.
