The Company Requiring the Project Quantity Surveyor - Leisure
Our client is a regionally based Fit Out leisure contractor who specialise in the full turn key approach to building relationships with key clients and building partnership agreements with them.
The role of the Project Quantity Surveyor - Leisure
You will work out of their offices in the Cheshire area and will be required to work 3 days in the offices and 2 days on site with the client. The typical projects they are running are from London to Glasgow and are typically full fit out contracts of Hotels or Student Accommodation.
The business is set up to manage design and build or just full fit out contracts from Feasibility through to final client handover.
The ideal candidate we are looking for must be hungry, enthusiastic, committed. You must have substantial experience of running fit out hotel projects from inception to completion. You must be able to demonstrate a clear list of multiple completed projects.
Should you not have the experience of Full Fit out Contracts of Hotels please do not apply.

In return for your skills and experience you will be rewarded with a starting salary of between £35K - £40K plus package and expenses dependant upon experience. A clear path of promotional opportunities will be in place for you plus the opportunity to learn and broaden your experience.
