Job Description:
The Company Requiring the Quantity Surveyor - Projects up to £3M
Our client is a North West based small / medium sized developer with experience of running traditional and design and build contracts for over 30 years.
The role of the Quantity Surveyor - Projects up to £3M
Typically you will be required to work on several type of projects ranging in value from £0.4M through to larger £3M projects. These projects will vary in type from new build, alteration and refurbishments of residential, commercial, industrial, English heritage projects.
The ideal candidate for the post will have a combination of the above experience and you will be more than use to managing multiple projects. Experience of working within a small contractor would be advantageous plus the ability to work independently is a must.

A starting salary is on offer from £36K plus package for the right candidate.
