Job Description:
The Company Requiring the Senior QS / Refurbishment
With close to 12 projects ongoing, some due to finish and more starting this regional contractor with a respected background are now currently seeking to bring in an experienced Senior QS with refurbishment experience to join the team.
The role of the Senior QS / Refurbishment
Not only will you have substantial refurbishment experience you will also have a strong background in New Build. The client specialise within projects from £50K through to larger £3M projects. These vary from alteration, refurbishments and new build projects and are typically a combination of general building, commercial, education, health and residential type projects.
Our client have a strict criteria to be considered for this role:
" You must have several years experience in a QS role
" The majority of your experience must be with very few company's
" Experience of Design and Build plus Traditional forms of contracting
" The ability to manage multiple projects, and substantial experience in similar projects
" A professional, commercially astute and strong character is required
Benefits & Advantages for Senior QS / Refurbishment
The right candidate will be offered a starting salary of between £38K - £44K Plus Company Car or Allowance, Plus Benefits.
