The Company Requiring the Senior Quantity Surveyor - Contractor Background
Our client is a traditional contractor who have work spread throughout the UK. The business have been in existence now for over 30 years and have grown from strength to strength.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor - Contractor Background
You will be brought into the business to look after and take full financial responsibility of up to 4 different projects anyway in the UK. Typically the projects range in value from £1M to £8M larger contracts and are a combination of design and build plus traditional JCT contracts.
The kind of work you will be dealing with will vary from residential apartment projects, commercial new build, refurbishments and shop fit out type projects.
The ideal candidate must have a strong working background in the 'Contracting' market and you will have the ability to manage several jobs independently.

Dependant upon your experience a starting salary is on offer from £38K - £42K plus package.
