Our client is a North West based contractor with an enviable reputation amongst their competitors. They specialise in both design and build and traditional contracting including several partnering agreements. Now due to several new tenders won the above candidate is required with immediate effect
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor - Lancashire
You will join the business within the commercial team and be given several of their current contracts to manage from the outset. You will also be given new projects when they come in and be expected to manage between 3 - 5 different projects.
The right candidate must have a strong contracting background, loyal to your employers by having a strong background. You will have past experience of either education, health, commercial or industrial type contracts. A professional, charismatic type character is required with the ability to multi task.

A salary is on offer negotiable between £40K - £44K plus package and benefits.
