The Company Requiring the Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing
Our client is a well respected, known and respected social housing and refurbishment contractor working throughout the North West of England. Now with more work due to start at the end of 08 beginning of 09 they are now in a position to start recruiting.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor - Social Housing
The right candidate will ideally have a wealth of experience of social housing work including both refurbishment streams and new build.
You will be responsible for all commercial and financial aspects on the project you will be working on reporting back to the Commercial Manager regularly. You will have gained several years of experience within social housing and will have the ability to manage from the front.

A starting salary is highly negotiable of up to £45K plus package for the right candidates.
