An opportunity has arisen for a Building Store Manager to join a regional office in Preston, Lancashire.

Our client, a dynamic maintenance and refurbishment contractor within the North West are looking to appoint a Store Manager to look after the warehouse and organise the logistics of all materials for the refurbishment and maintenance of council properties.
The role for Store Manager / Building Store Manager / Building Warehouse Manager
Having just been awarded a multi million pound long term housing responsive maintenance contract in Preston, the main duties of the role will be to manage and coordinate the materials store.
Based in Preston, you will be responsible for all the in coming and out going materials which include full bathrooms, kitchens and electrical/gas appliances. You will also be responsible for managing a small team including Fork lift truck drivers and labourers.

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, the company is seeking experienced Store/ Warehouse Managers who have experience of managing and coordinating materials within a depot.
