Social Housing
We are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of trades, labour and management staff into public sector and private sector organisations involved with managing, maintaining and refurbishing the UK’s housing stock. We are preferred suppliers to many high profile clients offering fully vetted teams of trades and labour to many of the largest social housing schemes in the UK.
Construction / Design & Build
We supply local, regional and national contractors all over the UK. Using agency trades, labour, site engineering and freelance management staff allows our clients to maintain full control of their workforce but offers greater flexibility and substantial cost savings.
House-Building
Many of the UK’s leading house builder’s work with Bromak to supply labour, plant operators, finishing foreman and site management staff. We provide cover at short notice and all staff are supplied on a day-to-day notice so needn’t be on site a day longer than they are needed.
Shop-fitting
Bromak proudly supplies some of the industry’s leading shop-fitting and office fit-out contractors on individual projects or frameworks anywhere in the UK. We can supply individuals or mobilise entire teams at short notice and our clients enjoy substantial cost savings through utilising local trades and labour rather than paying the excessive costs associated with employing their own staff to work away from home.
Building Services
Electrical and mechanical building services contractors have always suffered from seasonal fluctuations in their workload and ‘one-off’ projects requiring large numbers of engineers for a set period of time. Many of our clients employ a core nucleus of permanently employed engineers and then supplement their workforce with skilled supervisors, plumbers, electricians and fitters through Bromak.
Civil Engineering
The civil engineering sector is hugely diverse; we work with a full range of clients from a local ground works subcontractor to national civil engineering contractors. Many of the skills our clients require are only needed for certain types of projects or certain stages of the project; using Bromak allows them to maintain a highly skilled, efficient and flexible workforce.
