As part of Bromak’s consultancy based service, a Bromak Recruitment Consultant will either meet with you in person in the form of a career interview, or conduct a telephone interview.

During this meeting/conversation, we will discuss your skill level, desired career and salary aspirations and any other information; which you feel is relevant to assist us in finding you next career opportunity.

We will also agree a target list of organisations, who we will speak to on your behalf. Some of which may not be actively recruiting, but are always interested in hearing about certain candidate skill sets.
