SMAS
Achieving the SMAS Worksafe Certificate meant we were able to demonstrate our Health & Safety competence to suppliers, this has improved our success in getting onto preferred supplier lists and tenders by showing our clients that we are serious about safety.
CHAS
By gaining the CHAS accreditation, Bromak are able to show compliance with important parts of health and safety law (the core criteria described in the CDM regulations). On achieving compliance Bromak are approved to work for all of CHAS’ buyers.
Safemark
Safemark is a pre-qualification health and safety assessment scheme recognised by Safety Schemes in Procurement (SSIP). It’s the only such scheme designed by house-building specialists for house builders. By completing and achieving the standard we are able to demonstrate CDM 2015 requirements of relevant skills, knowledge, experience and compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
