Bromak expands the consulting team as Teara has joined the company from one of the UK’s leading construction service providers, Bullock, where she spent over three years as an HR administrator.
Teara will be utilising this experience to place candidates with Bullock, one of Bromak’s biggest clients, as well as working on temporary and permanent roles for a variety of other social housing contractors.
Commenting on her new role, Teara said: “I am delighted to join Bromak. I built up a very strong relationship with them while at Bullock and was very impressed with the high level of service they provided, consistently filling gaps with strong, reliable candidates.
“This is the reason for going consultancy side, so I can build relationships and help not only placing candidates in work, but also built environment firms grow.”
Teara will work with private and public sector organisations across the UK from the company’s Cannock office. She will work with the team of consultants servicing a number of different construction sectors such as social housing, building services, civil engineering, education, house-building and shop-fitting.
Teara’s appointment takes the number of Bromak employees to 30 as it celebrates its most successful financial results to date. The company recently posted a turnover of £7 million, up 20 per cent on the previous year with profit growth of 40 per cent.
David Brooks, managing director of Bromak, said “We are pleased to welcome Teara to Bromak. She is a welcome fit to our business as we only employ consultants that have worked in the sector and her experience will prove invaluable in truly understanding the needs of our clients.
“This appointment is just the first step of our expansion with further plans to increase our workforce across the business in the next 12 months while increasing our turnover to £9 million.”
