Bromak and Keepmoat

Bromak has been working in partnership with Keepmoat since they were established. We supply staff across three sectors of the business; Homes, Property Services and Regeneration.

Since 2007 Bromak has supplied 1,745 different candidates to Keepmoat, that’s almost one new candidate per day and many of these candidates will also have worked for them on more than one occasion. Due to the reactive and demanding pace of delivering their schemes Bromak has supplied Keepmoat with staff at all levels and across all areas of the business, including temporary trades and labour, tenant care professionals, admin and office support staff and senior management.

On one occasion Keepmoat were looking for a 24 hour out-of-hours Administrator to cover over the Christmas period so that their current staff members could book the time off as holidays. This was a last minute request and being Christmas time is was extremely difficult to find a temporary candidate to fill this position.

Due to our excellent relationship with them we advised offering an incentive such as an advanced rate or bonus. Subsequently we found a suitable candidate and even allowed enough time to do a detailed handover with the current member of staff, allowing their team to enjoy the festive break. In the New Year the candidate was offered a long term temporary contract in their call centre due to her excellent hard work.
