Magenta Living is a socially responsible, not-for-profit housing association. They were originally known as Wirral Partnership Homes however they rebranded and renamed the company in July 2013. Their work involves far more than simply putting a roof over someone’s head as their vision is to provide homes and building communities.
With approximately 12, 400 properties they are the largest registered provider of affordable housing in the Wirral area. They have now started to expand their reach into surrounding areas such as Cheshire, Liverpool and Crewe.
Bromak and Magenta Living
As well as providing housing, Magenta Living also help their tenants with regards to work and training. Bromak has been working with Magenta Living since 2009 in two aspects; providing them with staff to help run, maintain and repair their portfolio of properties and also helping to get their tenants in to, or back in to, work.
Over the years we have been working with Magenta Living we have provided them with staff across all areas of their business, from trades and labour staff to planners, quantity surveyors and maintenance managers.
The majority of candidates we have supplied have been on a temporary basis, however some candidates have had temp to perm contracts and a number of trades staff have recently been offered fixed term contracts.
Geoff Muise, Operational Director (Building Services) at Magenta Living said: “We have worked closely with Bromak now for a number of years with them providing us with a variety of trades and professional temporary staff in order to support our delivery of repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works both to Magenta tenants and our external customers.
“The service they continue to provide is always professional and delivered in a competent, effective manner. This has provided us with the assurance that we are able to manage fluctuations in workload in a positive and effective manner ensuring that service delivery is not compromised in anyway both for our tenants and external customers that we serve.”
