Various options

Construction NVQOur sister company 3B Training offer a range of Construction NVQs. They have courses available for a range of levels of experience. Construction NVQs are available from levels 2 – 7 at 3B Training, offering a qualification for those who are at different stages in their career.

3B Training offer courses for various job types such as; plastering, joinery, site management, site supervisor, plant machinery and many more.

Industry renowned qualification

A National Vocational Qualification or NVQ has a high prestige throughout the construction industry. It is a qualification that is seen by employers as a reputable thing to have. By having a Construction NVQ; you are showing that you can work to the industry’s required standard, which can only benefit career progression.

On the job experience

NVQs allow you to gain the qualification whilst completing your day to day role. The qualification requires you to provide evidence from your work to prove your competency. For new starters to company or job role an NVQ allows them to increase their knowledge of both the practical and theory elements of their role.

Applying for a CSCS Card

Most CSCS cards require you to complete a certain level of Construction NVQ. To get the Gold CSCS card you are required to complete a  Level 4 NVQ in Construction Site Supervision. To get the Black CSCS card you will need to complete the Level 6 NVQ in Construction Site Management.
