My client are an Estate Agency who operate within the property sector selling re sale properties in the North West and Yorkshire region. The company work closely with a number of house builders providing services to sell their part exchange properties.
The company have successfully secured a number of accounts and are looking to expand their team and have an opportunity for an Account Manager to join their Cheadle Hulme office.
You will be supporting the Senior Account Manager to ensure that service levels are maintained and will take responsibility to build and develop allocated housebuilder client relationships to deliver applications and instructions into the business.
Duties and responsibilities:
" Oversee the entire process from front end initial contact through to legal completion. " Ensure all client communications from the client support team are professional, timely and effective at all times. " Generate good working relationships with all team members making sure that all processes are adhered to and compiled efficiently, accurately and on schedule. " Monitor swift turn-around of new applications in regards to valuations being booked in, coordinating with the Team in their Head Office " Manage the process to ensure completed reports are accurate (sense check) and forwarded onto the client in a timely manner " Take control of own house builder clients in respect of delivering the entire service " Quality control valuation, marketing, and sales progression reports " Update Senior Account Manager on all activity, reporting any concerns " Monitor Vacation / Bi weekly tables ensuring up to date and accurate " Monitor daily and weekly update tables for your housebuilder clients " Solicit feedback from housebuilders in regards to completed appraisals " Manage marketing team in respect of actions to deliver interest and offers " Liaise closely with sales progression team to ensure fully appraised on sales status " Be aware of Housebuilder time scales and ensure these are met and highlight any concerns to the Senior Account Manager " This role will require the job holder to visit sales consultants on site, attend housebuilder monthly meetings at their offices and ad-hoc meetings at their Head Office
Skills & Experience
The successful Account Manager will have good knowledge about property sales and have an understanding of property valuations. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop client relationships and liaise with people at all levels.
In return, my client offer a competitive salary which will be dependent on experience along with a car allowance. Working days / hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch and occasional Saturday work.
