Accounts Administrator Shropshire Permanent £Negotiable depending on skills & experience
The Client My Client is a specialist Civils and Construction Contractor based in Shropshire who have been established for over 30 years. Due to an increased number of newly acquired contracts, this highly respected Contractor within the Civils/Construction sector are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team
The Role Working within the Administration department and reporting to the Senior Administrator, you will be required to give Accounts and Administration support based from their busy offices in Shropshire.
Transacting, checking and collating invoices via Sage Accounting system
Raising Purchase Orders via Sage Accounting system
Assisting in payroll - checking and executing employee wages
Updating spreadsheets via Excel
General Administration and office duties
Experience of creating and placing purchase orders on Sage
Use of QuickBooks (preferable not essential)
Experience of working within a team environment
Experience of raising invoices and invoice approval
Minimum of 4 years Administration experience
Background of Construction based Companies (preferable not essential)
