Bromak are recruiting for an Administration Assistant, completing general administration tasks based in Dudley.
My client are based in Dudley and specialise in commercial and domestic electrical needs from design through to installation and commissioning. They are now looking to take on an admistrator to complete general office tasks to join their team. This will be a Monday - Friday role, starting at 9.00am and finishing at 15:00pm. Training will be provided
Answering phone calls and dealing with general enquiries
Completeing admin tasks such as scanning, emailing, helping with invoices etc
Assiting another member of staff to help with workload
Answering the phone, taking messages etc
A previous construction administration position ideal but no essential as training will be provided
Confident answering the phone and directing calls/ taking messages
