My client are an Estate Agency who operate within the property sector selling re sale properties in the North West region. The company work closely with a number of house builders providing services to sell their part exchange properties.
The company have successfully secured a number of accounts and are looking to expand their team and have an opportunity for an Administration Coordinator to join their Cheadle Hulme office.
The purpose of the Administration Coordinator role will be to maintain the company values at all times when interacting with customers and colleagues. You will be tasked with assisting the Account Managers in all areas to ensure that service levels are maintained. You will also need to communicate effectively with all team members making sure that all processes are adhered to and compiled efficiently, accurately and on schedule.
This will be a Monday to Friday role, 9am - 6pm with an hour for lunch, based in a desirable location. This is a great company to join, with big plans and a vibrant team to support carer progression!
Administration Coordinator duties and responsibilities include;
" To liaise with estate agents and arrange valuations
" Managing excel spreadsheets and keeping them up to date
" Communicating with customers regarding valuation appointments
" Corresponding with housebuilder clients/customers via phone, email and standard letter
" Answering incoming calls
" General filing
" Arranging and ordering surveys and ancillary services
" Organising property inspections
" Carry out money laundering checks
" Chase Terms & Conditions
" Support Marketing team with communication to estate agents/housebuilder clients and their customers
Skills & Experience required for the Administration Coordinator role
The ideal candidate for this position will have property sales experience, ideally working for an estate agent. You will be friendly, knowledgeable and organised.
In return for your skills the company is offering a basic salary of £16k, 20 days holiday + Bank holidays. This is an excellent position with great progression on offer for someone who has the drive to succeed.
