We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for a New Build Housing Contractor in Milton Keynes, MK7. Our Client is a National new build Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Administrator for their offices in Milton Keynes.
You will be based from their offices in Milton Keynes and will be required to look after all the office Administration for the Company. Tasks will include but are not limited to taking and distributing incoming calls, compiling and sending letters to clients, updating Clients files, data input, basic bookkeeping etc.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, be very organised and have great attention to detail. In addition, an ability to quickly learn in house computer systems would be desired and you must be competent in Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and Outlook. The Client is looking for candidates with at minimum of 2 years office Administration experience.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. The role is to start ASAP and will be for a minimum of 3 months. The rate is £11.81ph.
