We are looking to recruit an Administrator for a Social Housing Contract based in Sittingbourne, ME10. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Administrator for their busy office in Sittingbourne.
The Client is ultimately a Contractor who looks after several different Social Housing contracts from their office such as Reactive Maintenance and Planned works on domestic properties. You will be based in the office in Sittingbourne working on the Reactive Maintenance contract.
Duties will include: Working closely with the Senior Repairs Coordinator for the efficient use of planning and scheduling to maximise productivity and minimise downtime. Liaise with area supervisors on any issues or if site visits need to be arranged. Booking venues for meetings Maintain training compliance on the contract Ensure new starters are inducted and have all items necessary for a smooth start Must be able to use excel and Microsoft office Ordering uniform/Stationary Collating information from different sources to report back to supervisor Responsible for all Admin duties for the contract

This role is to start with effect from 18th June and will run until 30th September 2018 (5 months). The hourly rate is £10.79ph.
