We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for a Social Housing/Construction Contractor based in Doncaster, DN4. Our Client is a National Social Housing/Construction Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Administrator for their head offices in Doncaster.
The Client runs several different types of contracts from their offices in Doncaster and you will be required to look after all the office Administration for the Company. Working within the IT department, tasks will include but are not limited to day to day Administration duties such as taking and resolving incoming calls, compiling and sending letters to clients, updating Clients files, data input etc.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, be very organised and have great attention to detail. In addition, an ability to quickly learn in house computer systems would be desired and you must be competent in Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel etc. The Client is looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years office Administration experience.
This role is to start ASAP and will run until 13th July 2018 (4 weeks). You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm with an hour's lunch. The rate is £10.82ph.
