Our client; one of the UK's leading providers of affordable housing and care and support services; are looking for an experienced Administrator in the NG7 area of Nottingham.
Collating the data for where the company has missing Energy Performance Certificate data and inputting this into excel Identifying data anomalies and checking the source of the data anomalies Using the company system to calculate energy performance ratings for properties Other ad hoc enquires - for example assisting with providing resident contact details, locating and naming certificates, updating asset registers.
Key experience and qualifications required
The right candidate must be competent at excel (the ability to already use formulas such as VLookups being desirable) and have an excellent attention to detail.
The company pay competitively, with a basic salary of up to £18k
