We are looking to recruit an Administrator for a Social Housing Contract based in Kingstanding, Birmingham, B44. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Administrator for their busy office in Birmingham.
Our Client is one of the leading providers of repairs and maintenance services and refurbishment programmes to the social housing sector. The Client operates nationally with contracts all over the UK from Scotland to Cornwall to the South Kent coast.
You will be required to load a backlog of Asbestos surveys on to an internal database as well as completing general day to day Administration duties such as taking and resolving incoming calls, compiling and sending letters to clients, updating Clients files, data input etc.
Candidates must possess the following capabilities:
A minimum of 2 years Office Administration experience A positive attitude and 'can do' approach Self motivated and able to use own initiative Good IT skills (word, excel and on-line systems) Takes personal responsibility Excellent Organisational and time management skills
In return, the Client is offering an hourly rate of £10.82 and the opportunity of working for one of the top Social Housing contractors. The role is to start ASAP and will run for 7 weeks.
