Our client is a leading Social Housing Contractor with offices based Nationwide. They work with some of the largest City Councils and Housing Associations/Groups across the Country.
Due to an increasing number of projects running from their offices, they are looking to recruit 2 reliable and experienced Administrators based from their offices in Lincoln. Whilst you will be based from their offices in Lincoln, for the first month, you will be required to work from their offices in Boston.
Day to day tasks:
Answering incoming calls and dealing or forwarding as instructed
Answering and resolving tenants/residents' queries
General Administration duties such as data input, filing, scanning paperwork etc.
Assisting Planners and covering their workload when required
Compiling and sending letters to Clients and residents
Candidates must have:
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills
Great attention to detail
Ability to learn in house computer systems quickly
Competent in Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel etc.
A minimum of 2 years office Administration experience, although full training will be provided.

This role is to start ASAP and is a temporary to permanent position. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5pm with an hour's lunch.
