Ensuring all callers and visitors are greeted in a professional manner
Providing excellent customer service
Administrative duties including, printing, being responsible for stationary, updating databases
Answering the phone, filing, photocopying, and scanning paperwork

Qualifications & Experience
Previous administrative experience
Experience in the Social Housing sector (Beneficial)
Good IT skills
