We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for a New Build Housing Contractor based in Dunston, Staffordshire. Our Client is a National New Build Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Administrator for their offices in Dunston.
Working from their offices in Dunston, your main objective will be to support and to be responsible for the coordination of all administration duties of the Sales Department in an efficient, cost effective and proactive manner.
Duties will include:
Manage the invoicing process, ensuring purchase orders are issued and invoices processed in a timely manner. Manage the Sales Variation process in a proactive manner to ensure all extras are processed in a timely manner. Logging reservations and producing management reports. Support the sales management team to maximise sales and drive profit throughout the Region and help create an environment where costs are minimised. General Administration duties such as data input, answering the phone, filing, photocopying, and scanning paperwork etc. Candidate must have the following:
Experience working in an administrative role or accounts/procurement, working to tight deadlines Experience of working within a sales department/order processing in same or similar environment Excellent organisational skills Experience of working with customer databases Experience with PowerPoint Able to communicate effectively at all levels within the business High attention to detail Able to produce accurate work, to tight deadlines Able to work both as part of a team and independently when required Confident when dealing with customers, both internal and external Behave in line with the Clients values
This role is to start Monday 20th August 2018 and will run for 9 weeks. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm. The rate is £10.53ph.
