We are looking to recruit a temporary to permanent Office Administrator to work on a Social Housing Contract based in Bedford. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Administrator for their offices in Bedford.
The Client is running a Responsive Repairs contract for the local Housing Association from their Bedford offices and you will be required to look after all the office Administration for the Responsive team.
Day to day tasks will be: Answering all incoming calls and dealing or forwarding as instructed Answering and resolving tenants/residents queries Covering the Planners as needed and planning work in to the Engineers diaries Compiling and sending letters to Clients and residents Invoicing General Administration duties such as data input, filing, scanning paperwork etc.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, be very organised and have great attention to detail. In addition, an ability to quickly learn in house computer systems would be desired and you must be competent in Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel etc. The Client is looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years office Administration experience, however, full training will be provided.
This role is to start ASAP and is a temporary to permanent position. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5pm with an hour's lunch. The rate is £10.00ph.
