We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant for a Social Housing Contract based in Stratford upon Avon. Our Client is a large Housing Group looking for a reliable and experienced Administration Assistant for their busy office in Stratford upon Avon.
You will be joining the Company at a very exciting time when the Company is rapidly expanding and as such they need an Administration Assistant to help with their increased activities. You will be responsible for all administration relating to Estates Services throughout the Midlands and East regions, ensuring that services are delivered to a high standard of customer satisfaction.
You will provide an efficient telephone support service to the management team and respond in their absence to customer and contractor enquiries. As well as providing administration support at management, team and contract supervision meetings.
Duties will include: General Administration Incoming and outgoing calls Resolving incoming queries and issues Compiling and sending letters Updating Clients files Data input
To apply for this role you must: Have an excellent telephone manner Be self-motivated Have good timekeeping Have the ability to work well in a team Have the ability to communicate in written and oral form Have good attention to detail Be able to demonstrate good customer care Have excellent Administration skills Have a minimum of 2 years office based Administration experience
This role is to start ASAP and will run for a minimum of 12 weeks. The hourly rate is £12.22.
