Role: Administrator Sector: Location: Warrington Type: Temporary to Perm. Salary: £18K - £22k or £10ph Bromak are working with an Energy Specialist and due to an increase of work there is a need to recruit an Administrator to join their busy department to assist with office administration across the team. The main purpose of the role is to ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and ensure that the department is communicating effectively. The role requires someone to also work as the departments Receptionist dealing with in-bound and out-bound calls, taking enquiries and meeting/greeting clients. You will be reporting to and assisting a Project Manager: helping with the organisation of their diary, organising/chasing paperwork for meetings and assisting with other office duties as requested. Strong verbal and written communicator
Strong computer skills - Excel, Word and Outlook experience
Skills and Experience Required:- Prior experience in a similar office environment is required either as a Receptionist, Secretary, Administrator or Personal Assistant capacity. Needs to be fully confident in Excel Those who come from a construction background will have a distinct advantage. In return for your skills, the client is looking to offer a salary starting at £18K up to £22K (dependent on experience and ability to adapt to the role).
