Construction Administration Role
You will be working in a busy office environment providing administrative support to the construction team, duties will include:
" Liaise with Construction team to ensure an efficient & effective communication flow " Report any continually occurring problems encountered to the Construction Manager to ensure these are rectified and the source of the problem identified " Produce all relevant documentation (letters, reports etc) accurately and in a timely manner " Ensure all drawings received are distributed quickly and efficiently to the relevant " Ensure all paperwork received is reviewed and completed to the required standard " Maintain an efficient, effective filing system " Liaise with Site Management Team in producing Build Programs " Collate site information and produce weekly reports " Issue News Flashes to all sites " Attend department meetings and producing minutes to be distributed internally and externally " Providing administration support for the Commercial and Development departments " Any other ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to fully operate Microsoft Word/Excel and PowerPoint. You will have a professional attitude and approach to work. Be confident, self-motivated and enthusiastic. Be flexible and adaptable within the team.
