Administrator Skelmersdale 8am - 5.00pm Start - ASAP Temporary to Permanent position £11.00ph PAYE
The Client My Client is one the UK's leading providers of planned and responsive maintenance services in the Social Housing sector, maintaining more than 500,000 properties Nationwide. Due to managing an increased number of properties, my Client is looking to recruit an additional Administrator to join their busy team in Skelmersdale.
The Role Based from their offices in Skelmersdale and reporting to the Senior Planner, you will be required to provide Administration support and to coordinate all the office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to the company policies and records.
Duties: Manage phone calls and re-direct as instructed Manage all correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.) Answer and resolve tenants/residents' queries Create and update records and databases General Administration duties such as data input, filing, scanning paperwork etc. Assist Planners/Schedulers and cover their workload when required Compile and send letters to Clients and residents Create and send invoices
Skills: Must be a team player but must also be able to work on own initiative Must be able to prioritise a very busy workload Must have excellent communication skills and telephone manner Experience of Social Housing/refurbishment projects desirable but not essential Must be able to handle a high volume of calls Must be computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Must be able to handle challenging or sensitive situations i.e. calls from concerned tenants
