We are currently working with a construction company who are looking to recruit an Administrator who has RLO or similar experience to work in their office in Manchester.
As an Administrator working in a team of planners and operatives, responsibilities will include, but not be limited to;
All general Ad Hoc duties
Dealing with general telephone and email quires
Coordinating Operatives diaries
Ensuring works are carried out by operatives efficiently and to a high standard
This position will have a natural progression route to become a Resident Liaison Officer, so the successful candidate will have previous experience in this area and a full driving licence and own transport.
The salary on offer for this position will be approx. £20k - £23k PA, dependant on experience.
