We are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work for a Repairs & Maintenance contractor based in Brighton, BN2. Our Client is a Southern based Social Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Administrator for their offices in Brighton.
The Client is a family run business working as a sub contractor on several Repairs and Maintenance contracts from their offices in Brighton. You will be required to look after all the office Administration for the Company. Tasks will include but are not limited to day to day Administration duties such as taking and resolving incoming calls, compiling and sending letters to clients, updating Clients files, data input, basic bookkeeping etc.
You must have an excellent telephone manner, be very organised and have great attention to detail. In addition, an ability to quickly learn in house computer systems would be desired and you must be competent in Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel etc. The Client is looking for candidates with at minimum of 2 years office Administration experience.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. The rate is £9.00ph.
