We are looking to recruit a temporary to permanent Administrator / Call Handler for a Social Housing Contract based in Crawley. Our Client is a National Social Housing Contractor looking for a reliable and experienced Administrator for their busy office in Crawley.
The Client is ultimately a Contractor who looks after several different Social Housing contracts from their office such as Reactive Maintenance and Planned works on domestic properties. You will be based in the office in Crawley working on the Reactive Maintenance contract.
Duties will include: To work directly with all members of the Clients service teams including Gas servicing, Planned and Responsive Repairs, ensuring all administration requirements are managed. To communicate with the supply chain, trade suppliers, directly employed operatives and subcontractors, instructing deliveries and order where necessary, providing challenge where appropriate. To contact residents and arrange mutually agreed appointments to carry out works. To compile mail merges and sending of letters. To manage spreadsheets, maintaining data integrity. Replenish and control the Maintenance of the void site safety folders. Updating system records including void progression. To record and present meeting minutes. Provide additional support to the Responsive Repairs team through times of high demand. Provide additional support to the operational team and the Partnering Manager when required. To process emails in the shared mailbox. To present a professional manner to represent the business to the client and customers. To assist Contracts Manager and Team leader in various tasks as per business requirements

You will also need a minimum for 4 GCSE's at grade A-C (or equivalent) and they must include Maths and English.
This role is to start ASAP and is a temporary to permanent position. The hourly rate is £12.63ph whilst you are temporary for the first 12 weeks and will revert to an annual salary of £20k plus holiday pay once you are permanent with the Client.
