A Five Star house builder has exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team in their regional office based in Trafford Park. The company are a medium sized builder who are proud of their reputation for quality and dedicated customer service.
Responsibilities of Receptionist/Administrator:
" Manage the reception area to ensure all visitors gain a positive impression of the company on arrival o Ensure internal contacts are made aware immediately of their visitor arriving at reception o Closely liaise with internal contacts to ensure visitors do not have lengthy waiting times " Ensure all calls to reception are dealt with efficiently including : o Gathering your own information to ensure you are able to re-direct calls to the correct department/individual o Gathering your own information to ensure you are aware of individual holiday schedules " Deliver administration tasks accurately and timeously, including but not limited to: o Preparation of documents using Word; PowerPoint; Excel o Microsoft Office o Sort the mail into correct departments o Frank outgoing mail o Manage the stationery and place orders, trying to reduce spend where necessary and manage stock o Place orders for consumables required for the office o Managing the meeting rooms ensuring the meetings booked are going ahead and penciling in new appointments. o Booking accommodation and travel " Build and maintain effective working relationships, internally and externally to maximise successful delivery of all areas within your responsibility
