The Client My Client is one of the UK's leading construction, development and property services Companies. With their commitment to the long-term future of the built environment, they have secured their position as a trusted partner within their sector. They are looking to recruit an Apprenticeship Coordinator to Coordinate their Apprenticeship programmes and candidates.
The Role Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be required to coordinate the Client's apprenticeship schemes and candidates across the Group ensuring that full compliance is adhered to across all offices.
Duties: Coordination of a high volume of 1:1 interviews Liaising with apprentice training providers and chasing for updates/information Making updates to the Digital Apprenticeship System (DAS) Taking minutes at meetings General administration and coordination of team activities Responding to emails from the shared team mailbox
Skills: Must have previous experience of working with Apprentices and Apprenticeship schemes Must have previous experience of conducting 1:1 interviews Must be self-motivated and able to work alone Experience of working in a customer focused role Experience of maintaining records and databases Competent using Excel, Word and Outlook.
